I work with men... to help them feel better, work better and love better

As a man, I have spent a considerable amount of time and energy working on myself to be the best man I can be.  While what makes a good man depends upon the man himself, I believe in several things that have led me on the way toward being a good man.  You might have a different set of qualities, but these tend to be the focus of my work with men:


  • Integrity
  • Openness
  • Flexibility
  • Fun


Each of these qualities are essential, I believe, for a man to live a fulfilling life professionally, interpersonally, spiritually, financially and with regard to health.

From time to time, however, we all face challenges.  The challenges can seem overwhelming or just difficult to overcome.  We don't always know where to turn and find ourselves making the same mistakes over and over again.  

My aim is for men to get through these challenges powerfully, confidently and better off than when they started.  We all have most of the resources we need, we just have to grab a hold of them and use them to get past our challenges.

Typically, I work with men facing these challenges (but others are important as well):


  • Anger difficulties
  • Relationship frustrations
  • Addictions (substances, porn and others)
  • Sexual concerns (affairs, addictions, habits, legal problems)
